Welcome to Nurses for the Minnesota Health Plan! Nurses for the Minnesota Health Plan (NMHP) is a group of determined nurses who support single payer universal health care in Minnesota. The Minnesota Health Plan would create such a system in our state, covering all Minnesotans and reducing the cost.

As nurses, we work to

promote the health, welfare and safety of all people,
improve access to quality health care for all,
stop the violation of human rights
end the inequitable distribution of health care resources,
enhance the health of communities,
shape social policy.
